探讨了草莓叶片叶绿素含量、含氮量及不同施氮量与SPAD值之间的关系。结果表明,草莓叶片叶绿素含量、含氮量与SPAD值显著相关,当每盆施氮量为3.0 g尿素时,SPAD值增幅最显著,为48.8%,最佳施氮量为每盆3.0 g尿素。
The Relationships between SPAD Readings and the Contents of Chlorophyll and Nitrogen in Strawberry Leaves
The relationships between SPAD readings and the contents of chlorophyll and nitrogen in strawberry leaves and varied N applications were researched. Results showed that there was a significant correlation between SPAD readings and the contents of chlorophyll and nitrogen in strawberry leaves and that the optimum nitrogen application was 3.0 g urea per pot.
