草莓根腐病生防芽孢杆菌的筛选鉴定与盆栽防效试验

为了获得草莓根腐病病原菌尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)的拮抗芽孢杆菌,对本实验室筛选保存的各类植物病原菌的拮抗芽孢杆菌进行初筛和复筛;对复筛获得的菌株进行形态特征、生理生化试验和16S rDNA序列分析,以确定其种属;采用盆栽试验检测了其生防效果.通过试验获得了一株对尖孢镰刀菌具有较好拮抗活性的芽孢杆菌菌株HD-5,并鉴定其为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens),盆栽防治效果达到77.78%,具有较好的草莓根腐病防治潜力.
Screening, identification and pot experiment of biocontrol Bacillus against strawberry root rot
In order to obtain biocontrol Bacillus strains,which could antagonize strawberry root rot pathogen Fusarium oxysporum,the research was done by screening and rescreening from various phytopathogen antagonistic Bacillus strains reserved in the laboratory.In order to determine species of the genus,analysis of morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequence were done for the strain obtained from rescreening experiments.A pot experiment was conducted to determine biocontrol effects of the strain.Bacillus strain HD-5 was obtained by the test,which showed a good antagonistic activity to F.axysporum,and was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.Results of pot experiment showed that the control effect of was 77.78%,which indicated a good potential of control ability for strawberry root rot disease.
