113份樱桃番茄分离单株抗病基因检测及品质鉴定

为了筛选多抗、优质樱桃番茄亲本资源,本研究采用PARMS 检测技术对 44 个樱桃番茄品种,113 份樱桃番茄分离单株进行 17 个抗性基因检测。结果表明:113 份樱桃番茄分离单株中,含有叶霉病抗性基因Cf-5的材料最多,占 80。6%;而含有枯萎病抗性基因I-3 的材料占 2。7%,资源较为稀缺。对单一材料含有的抗性个数汇总发现706-1含有13个抗性基因,637-7、649-8含有12个抗性基因。含6个以上抗性基因的材料共67份,多抗樱桃番茄材料较为丰富。根据抗性检测结果,筛选出 25 份纯抗樱桃番茄材料进行可溶性固形物含量(TSS)等的测定。其中 643-2 的TSS含量最高为 8。91%,固酸比 10。72,含有 7 个纯抗基因;647-5 的TSS为 7。65%,可溶性酸含量较高,含有 7 个纯抗基因,为本研究筛选的较好的优质多抗亲本资源;706-3、648-6、717-4 的TSS较低,分别含有 8、9、7 个纯抗基因,可利用其较好的抗性进行多抗樱桃番茄的育种研究,本研究筛选的资源为多抗优质樱桃番茄的选育提供丰富的基础。
Resistance genes detection and quality identification of 113 cherry tomato isolates
In order to screen the parental resources of high quality cherry tomato with multiple resistance,17 resistance genes were detected in 113 cherry tomato isolates from 44 cherry tomato varieties using PARMS technique.The results showed that 80.6%of the 113 cherry tomato isolates contained leaf mold resistance gene Cf-5.The materials containing the wilt resistance gene I-3 accounted for 2.7%,and the resources were relatively scarce.It was found that 706-1 contained 13 resistance genes,637-7 and 649-8 contained 12 resistance genes.There were 67 materials containing more than 6 resistance genes,and the multi-resistance cherry tomato materials were abundant.According to the resistance test results,25 pure resistant cherry tomato materials were selected for the determination of soluble solid content(TSS).Isolate 643-2 showed the highest TSS content was 8.91%with the ratio of solid to acid was 10.72 and 7 pure resistance genes.Isolate 647-5 also showed 7.65%soluble acid content with 7 pure resistance genes.These two isolates were good quality multi-resistance parental resource for screening in this study.The TSS of 706-3,648-6 and 717-4 was low,which contained 8,9 and 7 pure resistance genes,respectively,providing breeding materials for multi-resistance cherry tomato.The resources screened in this study provided a rich basis for the breeding of high-quality multi-resistance cherry tomato.
