La0.60Sr0.20K0.20-yyMnO3系列材料的磁电阻效应

利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La0.60Sr0.20K0.20 - yyMnO3(y=0,0.03,0.05,0.07)的类钙钛矿型稀土锰氧化物多晶样品.研究发现,引入离子空位后,样品CMR的温度稳定性得到改善.在1.8T的磁场下,样品y=0.03,0.05,T=220~320 K时,其CMR值保持在4.7%(±0.2%)左右,温度稳定性较好.
Study on the Magnetoresistance in La0.60Sr0.20K0.20-yyMnO3
The perovskite rare earth manganites polycrystalline samples La0.60Sr0.20K0.20-yyMnO3(y = 0, 0.03,0.05,0.07)were synthesized by sol-gel method. It is found that the vacancy-doping for the material can remarkably improve the CMR temperature stability of this kind material. Under an applied magnetic filed of 1.8 T, the MR vaule for the sample with y = 0.03 and y = 0.05 is about 4.7 %(±0.2 %)in the temperature range between 220 K and 320 K,so its temperature stability is better.
