The coordinated development of Beijing‐Tianjin‐Hebei provides important historical opportu‐nities for sports talents cultivation in Hebei province .To ascend innovation ability of sports talent in He‐bei ,we should strive to integrate sports and education departments ,including that high‐level sports teams participate in colleges and universities ,the mutual recognition of credits with Beijing ,Tianjin sports colle‐ges and universities ,complementary advantages ,vigorously developing the sports industry and providing jobs for the sports talents .The professional setting should be modulated to meet the requirement of socie‐ty .
