鳞翅目昆虫是自然界中最多样的昆虫类群之一,在生态系统中扮演着重要角色.肠道细菌作为昆虫体内重要的共生体,在提高宿主昆虫对环境的适应性中发挥着重要作用.简要概述了鳞翅目昆虫肠道共生细菌的组成和对宿主的影响,以及鳞翅目肠道共生细菌在工农业中的应用等;着重讨论了鳞翅目昆虫肠道共生细菌的来源问题,相较于其他方面的研究,肠道细菌的来源往往更容易被忽视,然而共生细菌的来源是鳞翅目昆虫能够持续稳定适应环境的重要前提.有效利用肠道共生细菌是解决鳞翅目昆虫对农林业造成危害的重要手段,同样对提高昆虫相关产业的经济效益具有重要意义.
Recent Advances in Lepidoptera Gut Symbiotic Bacteria
Lepidopteran is one of the most diverse insect groups in nature and exerts a significant impact on ecosystems.As crucial symbionts of insects,gut bacteria play an important role in improving the adaptability of host insects to the environment.In this paper,the composition of lepidopteran gut symbiotic bacteria and their effects on hosts have been briefly reviewed,as well as the application of gut symbiotic bacteria in industry and agriculture.The source of gut bacteria in Lepidoptera is mainly discussed in this pa-per.Whereas in other studies,the source of lepidopteran gut bacteria is often neglected,however,it is an important prerequisite for lepidopteran insects to continuously and stably adapt to the environment.Effec-tively utilizing gut symbiotic bacteria is a crucial approach to addressing the damage caused by lepidopteran insects to agriculture and forestry,it also plays an important role in enhancing the economic benefits of in-sect-related industries.
