摘要

以邻氨基苯酚、β-环状二酮、芳香醛为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,通过三组分串联反应一锅合成了 5种新型的多环稠合1,5-苯并氧氮杂化合物.该串联反应实现了在一个反应体系中构建同时含有O,N杂原子的七元环和4个新化学键(C—O,C—N,C=C和C—C),并提出了 2种可能的反应机理.该方法具有反应条件温和、绿色环保、操作简单、产率优良等优点,为多环稠合1,5-苯并氧氮杂化合物的制备提供了新的参考方法.

Abstract

Using o-aminophenol,β-cyclic diketones and aromatic aldehydes as raw materials,anhydrous ethanol as solvent,and p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst,five new types of polycyclic 1,5-benzoxazepines were synthesized by one-pot three-component tandem reaction.This tandem reaction achieved the synthesis of seven-membered rings containing both oxygen and nitrogen heteroatoms,along with four new chemical bonds(C—O,C—N,C=C and C—C)in a reaction system.Additionally,two possible reaction mechanisms were proposed.This method has advantages including simple and mild reaction conditions,environmental friendliness,and high yields,which provides a novel reference for the synthesis of polycyclic 1,5-benzoxaz-epine compounds.
