我国数字媒体技术专业本科教育发展研究——基于235所学校专业招生简章的文本分析

随着信息技术的发展以及数字文化产业的兴盛,专业人才的需求也在不断上升,我国设立数字媒体技术本科20 余年,专业发展备受关注.调查和文本分析研究发现:我国数字媒体专业发展已经进入平稳期,区域分布均衡,且形成了培养单位的塔式结构;在人才培养目标上,已经构筑了面向媒体服务全过程的应用型、复合型人才方向设置体系,形成了多元化、市场化的人才去向,打磨了重素质、厚基础的核心能力要求;在人才培养路径上,打造了"艺技双行"且日益趋稳趋深的课程体系,构建了理论引导、实践强化的课程教学理念.基于现状和趋势的思考,研究提出要抓住时代和市场脉搏,结合交叉和创新,联合社会各维度机构,构建学用一体化培养环路,以发展人才核心能力.
Research on the Development of Undergraduate Education in Digital Media Technology in China:Textual Analysis Based on Admission Brochures from 235 Universities
With the development of information technology and the flourishing of the digital culture industry,the demand for specialized talents continues to rise.China's undergraduate education in digital media technology has been established for over 20 years,garnering significant attention.Through investigation and textual analysis,this study finds that the development of the digital media technology major in China has entered a stable period,with balanced regional distribution and a pyramid structure of training institutions.In terms of talent cultivation goals,an application-oriented and interdisciplinary approach has been established,focusing on the entire process of media services.This has led to diversified and market-oriented career paths and the honing of core competencies emphasizing quality and solid foundations.In the talent cultivation path,a dual-track course system integrating art and technology has been created,which is becoming increasingly comprehensive.A curriculum teaching philosophy that combines theoretical guidance and practical reinforcement has been developed.Based on the current status and trends,this study proposes an integrated training loop to develop core competencies in talent by seizing the pulse of the times and market,integrating cross-disciplinary and innovative approaches,and collaborating with various societal institutions.
