Factors Influencing AI Acceptance:EST and TAM Perspectives
Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology is developing at an unprecedented pace, bringing the field of human-computer interaction into a new historical stage. However, individuals have not accepted AI as expected, which,to some extent, limits the widespread application of AI and its potential for increased efficiency.Based on the review of previous technology acceptance theories, and integrating ecological systems theory(EST)with the technology acceptance model(TAM),this study systematically explores the key factors influencing AI acceptance from three dimensions:the micro-level(individual interaction with AI),the meso-level(involving task elements and organizational structure),and the macro-level(cultural background, social environment, and policy orientation). This research aims to construct a comprehensive theoretical framework to give insights into the complex and diverse factors affecting AI acceptance. This paper particularly emphasizes the importance of clear division and dynamic interaction of hierarchical structures in the process of human-AI interaction, providing a new theoretical perspective.Future research should focus on the dynamic pattern of AI acceptance and delve into the emotional value and ethical issues of AI,thereby promoting its wider acceptance and application.
