大草履虫Paramecium caudatum接合生殖的观察和影响条件探究

摘要
接合生殖是大草履虫Paramecium caudatum的有性生殖方式.主要探索了影响大草履虫P.caudatum接合生殖的条件,运用SPSS进行数据分析,发现在不改变其他因素的条件下,只改变温度和pH对大草履虫的接合生殖没有影响,在饥饿状态下改变温度和pH对大草履虫的接合生殖率有影响.其中,在饥饿状态下,用pH7.5 的培养液在25℃下培养,大草履虫的接合生殖率最高.
Abstract
Conjugation is the sexual reproduction mode of Paramecium caudatum.This paper mainly explored conditions affecting the conjugation of P.caudatum.Using SPSS as the main tool to analyze the data,it finds that under the condition that only temperature and pH changed,there were no effect on the conjugation of P.caudatum.However,under the condition of hunger,the change of temperature and pH had an effect on the conjugation rate of P.caudatum.especially,under the condition of hunger,when pH was 7.5 and the temperature was25℃,the conjugation rate of P.caudatum was the highest.
