Research on the integrated training mode under double tutorial system in chemical normal students'education practice
Under the background of teachers'professional certification,it is a major task for universities to integrate the"double tutorial system"into the whole process of education practice to cultivate normal students'ability to adapt to the society.Taking the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Hubei Normal University as the example,this paper proposes that universities should aim to cultivate students'practical teaching ability,take"education practice"as the main thread to build a platform for the teachers'common development and perfect the four modules of general education,professional education,teacher education and periodic intensive practice.To meet this goal,the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering constructs the"four-phase and six links"integrated training mode under the double tutorial system to undertake chemical teachers'training education practice.It also puts forward that the chemistry teacher training has to highlight the teacher training of chemistry major,the practicality of curriculum,the contemporaneity of teaching method,the cooperativity of"U-G-S"trinitarianism and the stability of group of teachers.Only in this way can the integrated training mode be put into practice and the double tutorial system be able to play a more effective role in education practice.Practice has proven that this model is more effective in cultivating the practical teaching ability and overall quality of normal students.
