教育实习对实习生教学能力影响的调查研究——基于H师范大学的研究

摘要
教育实习是实习生教学实践的重要途径.通过对实习生教育实习过程中教学认知及实践能力动态变化的研究,有助于教育实习工作的进一步完善.在此背景下,收集了H师范大学实习生教育实习期间的教案和授课视频并进行评分.研究表明,在教育实习过程中,教学认知能力的教学过程维度和教学实践能力的教学效果维度多次获得显著提升,教学实践能力的教师素质维度并未获得显著提升.整体而言,实习生的教学认知及实践能力在教育实习过程中整体得到显著提升,且各能力维度间普遍具有显著相关性,但各维度提升不均衡.总体而言,H师范大学的教育实习是成功的,有效提升了实习生的教学认知及实践能力;在此基础上,为H师范大学教育实习开展提出建议.
Abstract
Teaching internship is an important way for normal students to participate in teaching practice.Research on the dynamic changes in students'cognition in teaching and their practical ability in this process are helpful for the further improvement of educational practice.Under this background,this paper takes H Normal University as the example to collect and score the teaching plans and videos during the teaching internship.Results show that in teaching internship,the teaching cognitive ability has been significantly improved in the dimension of teaching process and the practical teaching ability has been greatly enhanced in the dimension of teaching effects,which,however,has no obvious changes in the dimension of teacher's quality.On the whole,students'teaching cognition and practical ability have been significantly improved in the teaching internship.There is generally a marked correlation among each ability dimension,but their degrees of improvement are uneven.In conclusion,the teaching internship of H Normal University is successful,as it has effectively increased normal students'teaching cognition and practical teaching ability.This study results can provide reference for H Normal University for carry out teaching internship.
