Research on the influence of teaching internship on normal students'teaching ability——With H Normal University as the example
Teaching internship is an important way for normal students to participate in teaching practice.Research on the dynamic changes in students'cognition in teaching and their practical ability in this process are helpful for the further improvement of educational practice.Under this background,this paper takes H Normal University as the example to collect and score the teaching plans and videos during the teaching internship.Results show that in teaching internship,the teaching cognitive ability has been significantly improved in the dimension of teaching process and the practical teaching ability has been greatly enhanced in the dimension of teaching effects,which,however,has no obvious changes in the dimension of teacher's quality.On the whole,students'teaching cognition and practical ability have been significantly improved in the teaching internship.There is generally a marked correlation among each ability dimension,but their degrees of improvement are uneven.In conclusion,the teaching internship of H Normal University is successful,as it has effectively increased normal students'teaching cognition and practical teaching ability.This study results can provide reference for H Normal University for carry out teaching internship.
