摘要

在知识创新和技术创新发展背景下,高等教育人才培养方案的重点目标是提高本科生创新实践能力和综合素质.依托我校转型发展及教育专业认证的实际情况,结合我院电气工程与自动化专业工程教育专业认证及人才培养方案的修订,梳理电气工程及其自动化专业学生创新能力培养实际存在的问题,探讨提高电气工程及其自动化专业学生创新能力的途径.

Abstract

With the development of knowledge innovation and technology innovation,the key objective of the talent training program of higher education is to improve undergraduates'innovative practical ability and comprehensive quality.Based on the actual situation of the school transformation and development and the certification of the education specialty,this paper combines with the revision of the certification of the engineering education specialty of electrical engineering and automation specialty and the talent training program in the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation,combs the practical problems in the cultivation of students'innovation ability majoring in electrical engineering and automation,and explores ways to improve students'innovation ability in this major.
