Design and mechanism study of daluminum nail double tying device driven by single pressing double sliders for pomelo fruit packaging
Aiming at the current dilemma of low efficiency and high cost of tying faced by pomelo fruit packaging,this paper presented a tying mechanism by the single pressing and double sliding block driving,which integrates nail pressing,nail feeding,nail fastening and cutting processes and carried out relevant structural design,kinematics and finite element analysis on this mechanism.The study found that the double-row nail feeding and double-row nail fastening process has been transformed from a complex,dangerous,complicated,heavy workload and low efficiency mechanism to a safe,convenient and efficient compound fastening mechanism,which is safe and easy to operate.This mechanism is of great significance for enterprises to improve economic and social benefits,and can be popularized in the industry.
