摘要

人博卡病毒1型(human bocavirus 1,HBoV1)感染是引发婴幼儿呼吸道疾病的重要病因之一.自2005年发现该病毒至今,世界各地相继报道在呼吸道感染患者样本中检出HBoV1.介绍了 HBoV1基因组结构特点、结构蛋白与非结构蛋白功能、病毒复制培养及分子生物学诊断方法,为人博卡病毒1型的病原学研究及感染防控提供参考.

Abstract

Human bocavirus 1(HBoV1)is an autonomous human parvovirus and can cause acute respiratory infections in young children.It has been detected in human respiratory specimens from all over the world since it was discovered in 2005.This review summaries the molecular characteristics in vitro culture and molecular biological diagnostic methods in order to provide a reference for in-depth research on HBoV1 and infection prevention.
