Research on the application of core strength training in college basketball training
Basketball is one of the favorite sports among college students and an important object of physical education teaching and training in universities.In college basketball training,the lack of core strength may cause many problems such as movement deformation and physical fatigue,which reduces the basketball technical and tactical level of students.In order to address the above issues,this study used experimental and logical analysis methods to systematically review the application value and principles of core strength training in college basketball training.Moreover,it conducted an experimental study on the male basketball team members of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Research suggests that core strength training has practical value in maintaining correct exercise posture,integrating muscle strength throughout the body,and enhancing students'physical perception.It has a significant positive effect on the physical stability,sensitivity,and shooting accuracy of college basketball participants,and can help improve the integration of general physical fitness,specialized physical fitness,and basketball techniques.Therefore,in college basketball training,physical education teachers should follow the principles of gradual,interesting,and continuously optimized core strength training.On the basis of basic basketball movements and skills training,they should focus on strengthening students'core strength training,thereby comprehensively improving their basketball abilities.
