摘要
随着特种装备对高精度、高动态性能及姿态测试的新需要,现有检测计量系统已不满足当前的测试需求.本文设计并构建了 GNSS高动态导航终端检定系统,创新性地提出利用高精度转台模拟真实运动场景,通过角度编码器、高精度授时接收机保证控制及测试精度,运用转台状态显示及测试评估软件对测试数据进行处理,完成对被测对象的评估,并对建成后系统的关键指标进行了验证试验.结果证明,该系统可实现对导航终端进行高动态、高精度的测试.
Abstract
With the new requirements of special equipment for high precision,high dynamic performance and attitude testing,the existing detection and measurement system can no longer meet the current testing requirements.In this paper,a GNSS high-dynamic navigation terminal verification system is designed and constructed,and the high-precision turntable is innovatively proposed to simulate the real motion scene,the test accuracy are guaranteed by the angle encoder and the high-precision timing receiver.The evaluation of the tested object is accomplished through the turntable status display and the test evaluation software to process the test data.Validation tests are conducted on the key indicators of the completed system.The results show that the system can realize high dynamic and high precision testing of navigation terminal.
