Structuredesign and vibration simulation testing based on a space-borne double-arm helical antenna
According to the requirements of a spacecraft,a space-borne double-arm helical antenna is designed. In the design process, based on the rigorous and complex mechanical environment in the rocket launch process,a number of mechanical simulations of the antenna are carried out for the high-intensity vibration that the antenna may withstand, taking full account of the material, installation, structural strength and other factors of the antenna. The simulation results are in accordance with the design requirements and the mechanical environmental test results. The electrical performance test results of the antenna show no significant changes during the mechanical environmental test. The antenna has simple structure, convenient installation, reliable performance and good spatial adaptability, which is of guiding significance for space-borne antennas with similar structures.
