Design of continuous sterilization process and automatic control system
The design methods of continuous sterilization processes and automatic control systems in the field of biopharmaceutical or food production are mainly studied in this paper.In view of the goals and requirements of the continuous sterilization process,considering factors such as heat conduction,fluid mechanics and mass transfer,the continuous sterilization process of a variety of fermentation raw materials is designed,and an automatic control system based on PLC and PID control is developed.According to the process requirements,the key parameters such as temperature,pressure and flow rate in the sterilization process can be freely controlled by the system to realize one-button start-stop operation,which simplifies the operation process and improves the stability and reliability of the sterilization process.Through actual operation,the feasibility and effectiveness of the continuous sterilization process and automatic control system are verified.
