PS-VA模式预倾角的影响因素研究

TFT-LCD有多种显示模式,其中PS-VA模式以其高透过率、高对比度而被广泛应用.与传统的VA显示模式相比,PS-VA模式不需要通过PI来控制预倾角大小.PS-VA模式是在液晶中添加一定量的可聚合性化合物(RM),通过改变制程条件实现不同的预倾角大小.本文主要研究了 RM浓度、UV1加电电压、UV1固化光计量三个条件对预倾角大小的影响.结果表明,预倾角大小和RM浓度、UV1加电电压、UV1固化光计量均有很强的正相关性.在现实生产的过程中,可以根据不同产品的需求来调整相应的影响因素,以达到最佳的预倾角设计.
Study on the influencing factors of pretilt angle at PS-VA model
The film transistor liquid crystal display has a variety of display modes.The PS-VA mode with its high transmittance,high contrast are widely used.Compared with traditional VA display mode,PS-VA mode does not need PI to control the pretilt angle.In the PS-VA mode,a certain amount of polymerizable compound(RM)is added to the liquid crystal to achieve different pretilt angles by changing the process conditions.The effects of RM concentration,applied voltage(UV1)and solidified light metrology(UV1)on pretilt angle are studied in this paper.The results show that the pretilt angle has a strong positive correlation with RM concentration,applied voltage(UV1)and solidified light metrology(UV1).In the process of actual production,the corresponding influencing factors can be adjusted according to the needs of different products to achieve the best pre-tilt design.
