In this paper,a method for the rapid determination of 5-hydroxytryptophan based on surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy is established, which has the characteristics of simplicity, fastness and efficiency. This method employs six parallel experiments, and the samples are extracted with acetonitrile,back-extracted with 1 M nitric acid and mixed with the enhancement reagent for on-line detection.A good enhanced Raman signal is observed. The linear range is 0~20 mg/kg,and the detection limit is 1 mg/kg.The above method is used to detect commercially available samples, and combined with parallel experimental verification, the detection results are highly consistent with the HPLC method.
