批量电池消毒与充电装置结构设计与力学分析

面向新型供电式正压防护服大量使用时,批量电池同时充电及消毒需求,设计了一款防护服用批量电池消毒与充电装置.该装置采用模块化构成方式,可根据不同场所及使用需求差异进行定制.借助旋转机构实现对电池的全面消毒,通过充电固定机构保障充电过程的紧密接触,全程可自动进行,无需人工干预.利用ADAMS软件求解顶升组件的驱动力,计算旋转机构最大转矩,借助ANSYS对其极限位置进行静力学分析,探寻其最大应力与应变位置.结果表明,所提出的一体式电池充电及消毒装置具有良好的力学性能.该研究为批量电池自动化消毒与充电提供了一种新思路.
Structural design and mechanical analysis of batch battery disinfection and charging device
Aiming at the demand of simultaneous charging and disinfection of batch batteries when a large number of new power-supply positive pressure protective clothingis used,a batch battery disinfection and charging device for protective clothing is designed.The device is modular and could be customized according to the differences in different places and needs.The battery is fully sterilized with the help of a rotating mechanism,and the close contact of the charging process is ensured by the charging fixing mechanism,which could be carried out automatically throughout the process without manual intervention.ADAMS software is used to solve the driving force of the jacking assembly,and the maximum torque of the rotating mechanism is calculated.ANSYS is used to carry out static analysis on the limit position to explore the maximum stress and strain position.The research work provides a new idea for the automated disinfection and charging of batteries.
