Design of a synchronous acquisition device for IRIG-B code and antenna angle measurement
Satellite orbit determination requires fusion calculation of angle measurement data uploaded by multiple TT&C stations. The accuracy of angle measurement data will directly affect the accuracy of satellite orbit calculation results. The time information of angle measurement data is usually provided by the IRIG-B code system. At present, the time synchronization accuracy of the measurement and control system has reached the nanosecond level, but the antenna angle and time synchronization accuracy are limited by communication delay, with only millisecond level accuracy. In response to the accuracy requirements of angle measurement data in the field of measurement and control,a design scheme for synchronous acquisition device based on IRIG-B code and antenna angle measurement is proposed. The IRIG-B code signal is collected and demodulated through a high-speed clock, and the antenna angle is locked and collected before collecting the IRIG-B code pulse signal. The acquisition synchronization error is less than±0.1 μs.This design has been successfully applied in a high-precision 15 meter measurement and control station system.
