Effects of 0.1%triacontanol microemulsion on the inflorescences fruit setting rate,yield and quality of apple tree

以红富士苹果为试材,采用茎叶喷雾法喷施苹果树,分别为0.1%三十烷醇微乳剂2 000倍液,1 500倍液,1 000倍液,750倍液,0.001 6%28-表高芸苔素内酯水剂1 000倍液及空白对照,比较不同处理对苹果树花序坐果率、单果重和产量及品质的影响.结果表明,0.1%三十烷醇微乳剂可显著提高苹果树花序坐果率、果形指数及产量,而对果实品质的影响较小,其中0.1%三十烷醇微乳剂1 000倍液(S3)效果最佳,连续两年增产15%以上.研究结果可为生产上使用0.1%三十烷醇微乳剂促进苹果提质增产提供依据.
Red Fuji apple is used as the test material,apple trees are sprayed by the foliar spraying method using 0.1%triacontanol microemulsion at dilutions of 2 000 times,1 500 times,1 000 times and 750 times respectively,0.001 6%28-epibrassinolide aqueous solution at 1 000 times dilution,and a blank control.The effects of different treatments on the inflorescence fruit setting rate,single fruit weight,yield and quality of apple tree are compared.The results show that 0.1%triacontanol microemulsion can significantly improve the inflorescence fruit setting rate,fruit shape index and yield of apple trees,while having a relatively small impact on fruit quality.Among them,the 0.1%triacontanol microemulsion with a 1 000 fold solution(S3)has the best effect,increasing yield by more than 15%for two consecutive years.The research results can provide a basis for using 0.1%triacontanol microemulsion in production to promote apple quality and yield.
