Construction and measurement of evaluation index system for high-quality development level of cultural tourism integration in relatively poor areas in China
Based on the needs of the times to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,the research on the high-quality development level of cultural tourism integration in relatively poor areas in China is carried out on the basis of summarizing the previous research results.From the five dimensions of economic growth,governance system,social civilization,cultural heritage and environmental protection,the evaluation index system of high-quality development level of cultural tourism integration in relatively poor areas in China is constructed.Projection pursuit analysis and Tobit regression analysis are used to analyze the high-quality development level of cultural tourism integration and its influencing factors in the main relatively poor areas in China.The results show that the constructed index system is relatively effective.The overall level of high-quality development of cultural tourism integration in relatively poor areas in China is low.The spatial geographic differences in the level of high-quality development of cultural and tourism integration are obvious,and there are two main types:higher and average.Influencing factors of the level of education development,the ability of government governance,the level of economic development,the scale of cultural and tourism human resources,and the degree of social civilization are the most stable influencing factors,showing certain regional and typological differences.Efforts should be made to promote the integration of government functions,develop cultural and tourism industry elements,strengthen the construction of the cultural and tourism market,and optimize the environment for the cultural and tourism industry,so as to enhance the high-quality development level of cultural tourism integration in relatively poor areas in China.
