Optimizing the science and technology incentive policy can stimulate the innovation enthusiasm of scientific researchers,improve the transformation efficiency of scientific research achievements,and promote the high-quality development of regional economy by establishing a clear and diversified evaluation mechanism,increasing the form of incentives,and combining long-term and short-term incentives for innovation capabilities.In this paper,the development status and shortcomings of science and technology incentive policies in Hebei Province are analyzed and expounded by using the literature survey method.Suggestions and measures for further optimization of the incentive policies are put forward.For example,the Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award and the Science and Technology Achievement Transformation and Promotion Award are established to motivate young talents and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Enterprise technological innovation rewards are increased and the award ratio for rural science and technology is raised to promote technological innovation and rural revitalization.This study is intended to providea reference for Hebei Province's science and technology incentive policy and decisions on further improving the science and technology reward system.
