The land-space ecological restoration plan is an action guideline and programmatic document for fully implementing ecological restoration and advancing ecological civilization.Scientifically sound and rational restoration zoning is an important prerequisite of land-space ecological restoration.Hebei Province,serving as the water conservation area of the capital and the ecological environment support area of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,holds a prominent ecological strategic position.Consequently,appropriate ecological restoration zoning plays a crucial spatial guiding role in ecological restoration work.Building upon a review and analysis of the evolution of ecological zoning in Hebei Province and in accordance with the latest concepts and requirements of land-space ecological restoration zoning,this paper proposes ecological restoration zoning schemes for Hebei Province based on geomorphic units and watershed systems,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of these two approaches,aiming to offer a reference for the rational determination of land-space ecological restoration zoning in Hebei Province.
