摘要

继电保护装置在发配输环节中必不可少,其电流采样需使用电流互感器(CT)获取.如果CT的端子接线松动、绝缘老化、外皮破损致使其故障以及人为误操作等,就可能造成CT二次回路的短路或开路现象.提出一种CT二次回路故障检测防误闭锁装置,采用了模块化的设计,施工简单,适用于大部分现有保护装置的改造,可适用于各种类型微机保护、自动化以及计量装置的CT二次回路短路故障检测和中性线断线检测,可避免继电保护装置误动作,防范人为误操作和检修质量不到位造成的故障,给操作者提供容错机会.

Abstract

Relay protection devices are essential in the transmission and distribution processes.The current sampling of the devices are usually done with current transformers(CT).In case of CT faults induced by terminal wiring loose,in-sulation ageing,or outer skin damage,and human mis-operation,short circuit or open circuit faults of the CT secondary circuit may be caused.Thus,a mis-locking prevention device for fault detection of the CT secondary circuit is devel-oped,which is of a modular design and simple installation,and is suitable for the renovation of most existing protection devices.It can be used in the short circuit fault detection and the neutral wire breakage detection of the CT secondary circuit with various types of microcomputer protection,automation and metering devices.Thus,the faults caused by mis-action of the relay protection devices,human mis-operation and inadequate maintenance quality can be avoided,which provides error tolerance opportunities for the operators.
