摘要

电流互感器是水电站重要电气设备,随着运行年限的增加及周边环境的影响使其设备老化产生安全隐患.本文详细介绍了油浸式电流互感器末屏检修更换工艺,并提出防范措施:加强检修作业现场管理,每次检修均应严格按相应的技术措施、施工方案、作业工序、工艺要求执行,并做好检修记录与严格的现场质量验收;加强设备巡查力度,发现电流互感器油位快速上涨或油箱、瓷套等部位有漏油,应立即停止设备运行尽快处理;定期对设备进行预防性试验,实验数据合格后方可投入运行.

Abstract

Current transformers are important electrical equipment in hydropower plants.With the increase of operation years and the impact of the surrounding environment,the equipment,ageing of the equipment will lead to safety haz-ards.This article provides a detailed introduction of the maintenance and replacement methods for the end shield of the oil-immersed current transformer.Also,some prevention measures are proposed.It suggested that the on-site manage-ment of the maintenance work should be strengthened.Every maintenance operation should strictly follow the relevant technical measures,construction plans,operation procedures and technical requirements.Maintenance records should be kept well and strict on-site quality acceptance should be carried out.Inspection of the equipment should be strength-ened.If the oil level in the current transformer rises rapidly or oil leakage occurs in the oil tank,porcelain sleeves or other parts,the equipment should be stopped immediately and treated as soon as possible.Also,preventive tests should be carried out regularly.Only after the test data is qualified,can the equipment be put into operation.
