某水上光伏电站建设对水库水环境影响的论证研究

摘要
基于位于水库的水上光伏电站项目建设对水环境影响分析,提出了一套研究方法和思路,分别对项目建设期、运行期及运行期满后水环境影响进行论证.首先建立模型并验证,再从项目建设前后对水库水温、水质、富营养化三个方面模拟分析其影响程度.研究结果表明,项目对水库的水环境会产生一定影响,但影响较小,在可控范围内,通过加强过程监管及采取消除或减轻措施等,可基本消除影响,运行期应重视水库水生态保护和水质检测.
Abstract
A set of research ideas and methods are proposed for the analysis of the impact of the construction of a water photovoltaic power station on the water environment of the reservoir.The impact on the water environment during the con-struction period and the operation period,and after the operation period is demonstrated.Firstly,an analysis model is established and validated.Then,the impact of the project on the reservoir water temperature,water quality and eutrophi-cation before and after the construction is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the project do have certain im-pacts on the water environment of the reservoir.While the impact is relatively small and within a controllable range.It can be eliminated by strengthening the construction supervision and taking some measures.During the operation period,attention should be paid on the ecological protection and the water quality testing of the reservoir.
