摘要

合理的配电网储能容量规划对消纳分布式光伏及电网的稳定运行至关重要.提出了一种基于风险理论的配电网储能优化配置方法.首先,从系统灵活性角度给出了面向分布式光伏消纳的条件风险价值计算方法,再给出了储能成本计算方法,并以风险价值和总规划成本最低为目标,在考虑传统火电机组、分布式光伏、储能与负荷之间的协调优化基础上,构建储能的优化配置模型,利用混合粒子群算法进行求解.经对江西省会昌县某配网线路进行分析表明,所提出的规划方法合理有效.

Abstract

Reasonable planning of the energy storage capacity in distribution networks is crucial for the consumption of the distributed photovoltaic power and the stable operation of the power grid.This article proposes an optimized allocation method for the energy storage capacity in distribution networks based on risk theory.Firstly,a conditional risk value cal-culation method for the consumption of the distributed photovoltaic power is proposed from the perspective of the system flexibility.Then,a calculation method of the energy storage cost is presented.Considering the coordination and optimiza-tion of the traditional thermal power units,the distributed photovoltaic power,the energy storage and the load,an opti-mization configuration model for the energy storage scheme is developed with the goal of minimizing the risk value and the overall planning cost.Finally,the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to solve the problem.Anal-ysis results of a distribution network in Huichang County in Jiangxi Province shows that the proposed planning method is reasonable and effective.
