摘要
针对光伏电站电能质量评估过程闪变评估缺乏通用性标准的问题,通过对现有光伏电能质量评估方法的梳理和分析,给出了查表和公式计算两种不同的闪变计算方法,分别计算了某光伏电站的闪变值,对比两种计算结果的差异,查表法与实际更为接近,公式计算法的结果偏小、过于理想.推荐光伏电能质量评估使用查表法,为光伏电站的电能质量闪变评估提供了依据.
Abstract
In the power quality evaluation of photovoltaic power stations,there is no universal standards for the evalua-tion of flicker.With the analysis of existing power quality evaluation methods of photovoltaic power stations,two different flicker calculation methods,the chart method and the formula method,are used to calculate the flicker value of a photo-voltaic power station.Comparison of these two methods shows that the chart method produces closer result to the actual situation,while the result of the formula method is too small and too ideal.Thus,the chart method is recommended for the power quality evaluation of photovoltaic power stations.The study provides useful basis for the assessment of the flick-er in power quality evaluation.
