摘要
为解决老挝南公 1 水电站大倾角拦污栅墩混凝土快速施工的难题,对传统施工方案进行了改进,创新设计出一次成型悬吊式滑模系统.本系统采用钢筋一次性绑扎就位,滑模与栅槽轨道安装同步进行,取消栅槽二期混凝土浇筑,实现滑模一体成型.一次成型悬吊式滑模系统的成功施工,工期大为缩短、成本节约显著;浇筑的混凝土质量明显提高.可供大倾角结构混凝土工程施工参考.
Abstract
In Nam Kung 1 Hydropower Station,difficulties are encountered in the rapid concrete construction of the large inclination trash rack piers.Thus,the traditional construction scheme is improved and an innovative one-time form-ing suspended sliding formwork system is designed.The system uses steel bars to be tied in place at one time,and the installation of the sliding formwork and the groove tracks is carried out synchronously.With the cancelling of the second phase concrete pouring of the grooves,one-time forming of the sliding formwork is achieved.The successful construction of the one-time forming suspended sliding formwork significantly shortens the construction period and saves the costs.The quality of the poured concrete is also obviously improved.The technique can be useful reference for the concrete construction of similar structures with large inclination.
