摘要
为提高水轮机运行稳定性,在设计中综合采用提高设计水头、扩大活动导叶分布圆直径、加厚叶片等方法优化转轮水力参数,利用商业CFD软件,基于SST k-ω湍流模型分析改造前后内部流动特性,使新转轮在额定工况及低水头小负荷区域的流道内无明显脱流,水力性能显著改善.非定常计算结果表明,新转轮压力脉动性能良好,在低负荷区域受涡带影响较大,但幅值较低,能够满足长期安全稳定运行.
Abstract
In order to improve the operational stability of a Francis hydro-turbine,a series of hydraulic parameter optimi-zation methods are adopted in the design,such as increasing the design head,expanding the distribution circle diameter of the movable guide vanes,and thickening the blades.Then,based on SST k-ω turbulence model,a commercial CFD software is used to analyze the internal flow characteristics before and after the renovation.The optimization ensures that there is no obvious flow separation in the flow channel with the new runner under rated working conditions and low head and small load area,which significantly improves the hydraulic performance.The results of unsteady state calculation show that the pressure pulsation performance of the new runner is satisfactory.In low load area,it is greatly affected by the vortex bands,while the amplitude is rather low.Thus,it can meet the long-term safe and stable operation require-ment.
