摘要

对水电站的调速器系统油压装置存在的问题进行剖析,提出了相应的改造方案,经对 4 号机组调速系统进行改造和 4 个月安全稳定运行表明,有效解决了油压装置油泵停止时振动大的问题,减少了企业对水电设备的检修和保养的人力物力,调速器系统的自动化程度、安全可靠性、工作效率与经济效益均得到有效提高.

Abstract

The problems existed in the hydraulic device of the governor system in a hydropower station are analyzed and corresponding renovation scheme is proposed.The safe and stable operation of the governor system of the unit after the renovation shows that the large vibration problem of the oil pressure device when the oil pump stops is effectively solved.The renovation reduces the required manpower and material resources for the maintenance and overhaul of the devices.Also,the automation level,safety and reliability,working efficiency and economic benefits of the governor system are greatly improved.
