摘要

三里坪电站原进水蝶阀控制系统由于设计、制造不合理,导致进水蝶阀操作拒动、锁锭投退异常、故障排查难度大等,给安全生产带来极大的隐患.通过采用最新控制系统、增设各类故障信号、优化系统闭锁条件、改进电气及液压控制回路等对进水蝶阀控制系统进行技术改造,大大提高了整体安全运行的可靠性.

Abstract

The original control system of the water inlet butterfly valve in Sanliping Hydropower Station is designed and manufactured improperly,resulting in various problems such as action failure of the butterfly valve,abnormal switching of the lock spindle,and troubleshooting difficulty.It poses great risks to the safe operation of the station.Technical reno-vation is thus carried out on the control system of the water inlet butterfly valve,including the adoption of the latest con-trol system,addition of various fault signals,optimization of the system locking conditions,and improvement of the elec-trical and hydraulic control circuits.The renovation greatly improves the overall operation reliability of the equipment.
