摘要

混凝土高温季节浇筑中,与传统液氨制冷系统比,集装箱式模块化氟利昂制冷系统减少了易燃爆、有毒的危险源,更利于安全;系统建设运行成本及再利用成本均较低;系统可空间立体化布置,占地面积小,安装工期短,运行管理方便,且自动化控制程度高;可以通过骨料一次风冷、两次风冷及制冷水能力分析、计算制冷设备的蒸发温度和制冷量对系统进行参数设计;使风冷设备更加智能化与高效运行.该系统使TB水电站高温季节连续三个月生产预冷混凝土超过 20万m3.

Abstract

In the concrete pouring work in high temperature seasons,the container-type modular Freon refrigeration sys-tem is much safer than traditional liquid ammonia refrigeration system,as it can reduce the risk sources of flammability,explosion and toxicity.Also,the cost of construction,operation and reuse is lower.The system can be arranged in a three-dimensional mode,with small land occupation,short installation period,convenient operation and management,and high automation control level.With the analysis of the capacity of the aggregate primary air cooling,secondary air cooling and cold water production,and the calculation of the evaporation temperature and cooling capacity of the refrige-ration equipment,parameters of the system can be designed.It can make the air cooling equipment more intelligent and efficient.In practice,over 200,000 m3 pre-cooled concrete is produced for consecutive three months in the concrete con-struction of TB Hydropower Station with the new refrigeration system.
