摘要
在悬吊型水轮发电机组的安装、检修中,其核心技术是机组轴线测量与调整,是减小轴线误差,减轻机组运行中转动部件不平衡力的关键.利用盘车模拟机组轴线的真实形态,并进行有针对性的处理.当约束轴承出现较大摆度值时,先确保数据的真实性,再认真分析.如不能准确判断原因,可以对约束轴瓦间隙值的分配方式进行调整,通过试运行找出最适合机组安全稳定运行的约束轴瓦间隙值的分配方式.
Abstract
During the installation and maintenance of suspended hydro-turbine generator units,the core technique is the measurement and adjustment of the unit axis,which is the key to reduce the axis error and alleviate the unbalanced force of rotating components during unit operation.The actual form of the unit axis can be simulated with a turning gear.Then,targeted treatment measures can be implemented.If large swinging is observed in the constraint bearing,we should firstly ensure the authenticity of the data,then carefully analyze the problem.If the causes cannot be accurately determined,we can adjust the clearance distribution method of the constraint bearing tiles and find the most suitable distribution method for safe and stable operation of the unit through trial operations.
