摘要

在水轮发电机组进行B级及以上检修或存在换瓦、轴线调整等检修项目时,需对弹性油箱进行受力调整,传统受力调整工艺效率较低,旧专用工具较为落后.文章介绍了在弹性油箱受力调整中优化调整量分配的方法.分配调整量后先带入公式计算,满足合力矩要求后再进行受力调整,并采用创新设计的新式专用工具,能减少受力调整中的人为误差,提高调整效率,减小调整次数,缩短工期.

Abstract

In the B-level or above maintenance of hydro-turbine generator units,or maintenance work such as tile re-placement and axis adjustment,force adjustment of the elastic oil tank is usually necessary.Traditional force adjustment technique is of low work efficiency and the specialized tool is outdated.Thus,a method for optimizing the adjustment a-mount distribution in the force adjustment process is introduced.Firstly,the adjustment amount is assigned and inputted into the formula for calculation.When the torque requirement is satisfied,the force adjustment process is then carried out Also,new specialized tools are designed,which can reduce the human errors in the force adjustment,improve the work efficiency,reduce the number of adjustment,and shorten the construction period.
