摘要
励磁控制系统是同步发电机的核心控制设备,针对集中式励磁控制系统的不足及国外产品硬软件垄断,以龙芯2K1000LA芯片为核心设计自主可控分布式励磁控制器.控制器硬软件系统采用解耦设计,提供以太网通讯、逻辑控制与数据存储功能.硬件设计包括控制器供电、2K1000LA外设硬件设计、逻辑控制、IRIG-B码对时、模拟信号、开关量监视、光纤通讯、以太网通讯等单元.商业运行证明,分布式励磁控制器组成高冗余励磁控制系统是同步发电机控制系统智能化发展方向.
Abstract
Excitation control system is the core control device in synchronous generators.In response to the shortcomings of the centralized excitation control systems and the hardware and software monopoly by foreign products,an autonomous and controllable distributed excitation controller is designed,in which the Loongson 2K1000LA microprocessor chip is a-dopted as the core.The hardware and software system of the controller adopts a decoupling design scheme,which pro-vides Ethernet communication,logic control and data storage functions.The hardware design includes various units such as the controller power supply,2K1000LA peripheral hardware,logic control,IRIG-B code timing,analog signal,switch quantity monitoring,fiber optic communication,and Ethernet communication.Commercial practice shows that the high redundancy excitation control system composed of distributed excitation controllers is the direction for intelligent de-velopment of synchronous generator control systems.
