目前区域电网的储能配置往往依托经验进行简单估算,缺乏对具有多微源系统的电力电量平衡分析与系统的稳定性研究.通过构建风、光、储、荷多微源系统,明确弹性资源的出力特性,研究光伏场、风电场及储能系统的实时调控出力及优化技术,优化配置分布式能源、储能、负荷资源,实现其协同规划,保证系统稳定性的前提下经济性最好,同时具备足够的灵活性,能包容更多的分布式能源和负荷需求.并对风光储荷进行建模,验证其系统的稳定性.
Electric Power Balance and Stability Analysis Method considering Multiple Micro Sources
Currently,the energy storage configuration of regional power grids usually relies on simple estimation based on experience,in which the analysis of the electric power balance and the system stability with multiple micro sources is lacking.Thus,with the clarification of the output characteristics of elastic resources,a wind-solar-storage-load multiple micro source system is established.The real-time regulation output and the optimization techniques of the photovoltaic farms,the wind farms and the energy storage systems are studied.The configuration of the distributed energy generation,the storage,and the load resources are optimized to achieve collaborative planning.It can realize the best economic ben-efit while ensuring the system stability and sufficient flexibility to accommodate more distributed energy and load de-mands.Also,a wind-solar-storage-load model is established to verify its stability.
