广东省海上风电产业发展政策研究
On the Development Policies for Offshore Wind Power Industry in Guangdong Province

摘要
在"双碳"大环境下,海洋风能成为我国清洁能源发展的新趋势,广东省具有得天独厚的条件,省政府及相关部门出台的一系列大力推动海上风电项目发展政策,使得海上风电产业规模逐步扩大、发电量显著增长、经济收益稳步提高,政策效果持续显现.但通过全面剖析海上风电产业发展现行政策,发现还存在一些不足,进而提出五项优化建议,以期完善政策内容及体系,深入推进全省海上风电产业可持续发展.
Abstract
In the context of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality environment,offshore wind power has become the new trend in the development of clean energies in China.As Guangdong Province has unique conditions for offshore wind power industry,and the provincial government and relevant departments have issued a series of policies to vigorously promote the development of offshore wind power projects,the scale of the offshore wind power industry has gradually ex-panded with the power generation significantly increased,economic benefits steadily improved and policy effects continu-ously shown.While,comprehensive analysis of the current policies for the development of the offshore wind power indus-try also shows certain problems.Five improvement suggestions are proposed to optimize the policy content and system and further promote the sustainable development of the offshore wind power industry in the province.
