摘要
发电机组"精品大修"是基于火电机组提出的一种新型大修管理模式,通过对大修的准备、实施、修后总结与评估全过程精细化管理,以确保发电机组大修质量提升,实现发电机组长周期安全稳定运行.经该模式在阿海水电站大修中的成功应用,充分验证了"精品大修"也适用于水电机组大修管理,对提升水轮发电机组的大修质量和管理水平具有很好的促进作用,是值得推广应用的先进经验.
Abstract
The High Quality Overhaul of power generation units is a new overhaul management mode proposed based on thermal power units.With refined management of the whole overhaul process,including the overhaul preparation,over-haul implementation,and summary and evaluation after overhaul,it significantly improves the overhaul quality and en-sures the long-term stable and safe operation of the units.The successful application of the mode in the overhaul work of Ahai Hydropower Station is summarized.It clearly shows that the High Quality Overhaul mode is also applicable to the overhaul management of hydroelectric units.It can effectively improve the overhaul quality and management level of hy-droelectric units.It is an advanced experience that worth further promotion and application.
