基于Stacking预测模型的变桨功率优化策略研究

通过对如何提高风力发电机组的安全运行稳定性和发电量的深入研究,提出了一种基于Stacking预测模型的变桨功率优化算法,既可提高风电机组的发电功率,又减小叶根挥舞弯矩,降低对叶片、风轮、低速轴等部件的损害,提高其运行稳定性.以某一日风电机组功率为例开展变桨功率优化结果表明,发电量提高了 2.18%,且 3 个叶片叶根挥舞弯矩也明显降低.该方法可用于风电场的功率优化和变桨控制.
On the Pitch Power Optimization Strategy for Wind Turbine Units based on Stacking Prediction Model
With an in-depth research on how to improve the operation safety and stability and the power generation of wind turbine units,a pitch power optimization algorithm is proposed based on the Stacking prediction model.The algo-rithm can not only increase the power generation of wind turbine units,but also reduce the blade root waving bending moment,thus reduce the damages to the blades,wind turbines,and low-speed shafts and improve their operational sta-bility.Taking the output power of the wind turbine unit in a certain day as an example,the pitch power optimization re-sults show that the power generation is increased by 2.18%,and the blade root waving bending moment of the three blades is significantly reduced.The proposed method can be used in the power optimization and pitch control of wind farms.
