抽水蓄能电站的开挖量极大,弃渣处置难度大,因此开挖减量、开挖料的综合利用显得尤为重要.研究弃渣减量及土石方综合利用,再选择合理的弃渣场,全面梳理弃渣场选址的制约性因素,对不能直接判断是否对公共设施、基础设施、工业企业、居民点等有重大影响的弃渣场提出了溃渣数字模拟分析,并对渣场进行环保与水土保持措施设计,以减少水土流失.
On the Comprehensive Utilization of Excavation Materials and the Selection,Control Measures and Layout of the Waste Disposal Site in Pumped Storage Power Stations
The excavation volume in pumped storage power stations is usually large and the waste disposal is difficult.Thus,it is particularly important to reduce the excavation volume and use the excavation materials comprehensively.Va-rious ways to reduce the excavation volume and use the excavation materials comprehensively are discussed.Reasonable waste disposal sites are selected and the constraint factors of waste disposal site are analyzed.Then,numerical simula-tions of residue collapse are carried out for waste disposal sites that cannot directly determine whether they will have sig-nificant impact on public facilities,infrastructures,industrial enterprises,and residential areas.Environmental protec-tion and soil and water conservation measures are also designed to reduce the soil erosion.
