Treatment of the Wear and Leakage Problem of Guide Vane Sleeve in Reversible Pump Turbines
Leakage problem is observed in the guide vane sleeve of the No.2 unit in Tiantang Pumped Storage Power Sta-tion.Considering the practical operation conditions of the No.2 unit and the structure of the guide vane sleeve,a guide vane sleeve leakage prevention device is designed.This device is easy to install and response quickly,and can signifi-cantly improve the working performance of the unit and effectively avoid abnormal shutdown caused by high water level on the head cover.It ensures the operation safety,improves the operation environment and the operation efficiency,and saves operation costs.
