西寺坪电站一号机组动平衡试验及稳定性测试分析

西寺坪电站采用HLD06A-WJ-50 型水轮机组SFW630-6/990 型发电机组,于 2020 年检修中更换了发电机前、后轴承,启动过程中发电机振动偏大,为此对机组进行了动平衡试验及稳定性试验.经动平衡试验指导处理后,调整效果较好.稳定性试验中变电流试验结果表明,该机组电磁平衡状态较差,建议对发电机进行相关电气专项检查或试验.目前该机组摆度测点处的原始偏摆偏大,建议对轴颈表面光洁度、椭圆度等进行检查和修复,复核其原始偏摆值.
Analysis of the Dynamic Balance and Stability Tests for the No.1 Generator Unit in Xisiping Hydropower Station
In Xisiping Hydropower Station,HLD06A-WJ-50 type hydro-turbine unit and SFW630-6/990 type genera-tor unit are adopted.During the maintenance in 2020,the front and rear bearings of the generator were replaced.In the start-up process,excessive vibration of the generator was observed.Thus,dynamic balance test and stability test of the unit were carried out.With the guidance of the tests,satisfactory adjustment performance was achieved after the treat-ment.The results of the variable current test in the stability test show that the electromagnetic balance state of the unit is not good.It is recommended to conduct relevant electrical inspections or tests on the generator.At present,the original swinging at the swinging measurement point of the unit is relatively large.Thus,it is also recommended to check and re-pair the surface smoothness and ellipticity of the shaft neck,and review the original swinging value.
