水轮发电机组各部件的安装高程,转动部件与固定部件的相对位置必须与设计值保持一致,这是机组安全稳定、高效经济运行的根本保证.芭蕉河电厂4 号机组水轮机转轮高程偏低7.2 mm,在行业内实属罕见,在扩修中收集大量的数据与实测对比、分析判断,找到了造成这一状况的原因,研制与实施了最优的处理方案,使机组运行时的振摆、耗水经济性都有明显改善,可供解决同类型问题参考.
Analysis and Treatment of Low Elevation Problem of Mixed-flow Hydro-turbine Runner
The installation elevation of each component in a hydro-turbine generator unit,as well as the relative positions of the rotating and fixed components,must be consistent with the design values,which is the fundamental guarantee for the safe,stable,efficient and economical operation of the unit.The elevation of the hydro-turbine runner in the No.4 u-nit in Bajiaohe Hydropower Plant is 7.2 mm lower than the design value,which is rare in the industry.During the ex-panded maintenance,a large amount of data was collected and compared with the actual measurements.The causes of the problem were analyzed and determined.Then,the optimal treatment scheme was developed and conducted.With the treatment,the vibration and the water consumption economy of the unit during operation were significantly improved.It can be useful reference for the treatment of similar problems.
