On the Uncertainty Evaluation Method of Calibration Devices for Insulation Resistance Meters
The uncertainty of the calibration devices for insulation resistance meters is an important basis to determine whether they can meet the requirements of the calibration or verification work for insulation resistance meters.Taking the ZX79C+D type megohmmeter standard resistor as an example,the GUM method is used to analyze the uncertainty evalu-ation process of the insulation resistance meter calibration devices.Key factors that may cause measurement uncertainty are identified.In the actual evaluation process,the repetitive measurement condition should be met and the measurement should be completed in a short period of time.Also,the applicability of the GUM method on the uncertainty evaluation of the insulation resistance meter calibration devices is verified.
