水布垭电厂推力轴承集成化检修平台的改造

摘要
水布垭电厂机组扩修后,推力轴承改造为油泵强迫外循环方式,机组附属部件增多,原有推力检修平台狭窄,无法满足C级检修以上推力轴承部位检修任务,且有一定的安全隐患.为此,对推力检修平台结构进行了改造设计,改造后其功能性及安全性得到了极大提高了,能满足机组检修需求,可供类似工程参考.
Abstract
In the expanded maintenance of the units in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant,the thrust bearing is renovated to an oil pump forced external circulation mode.Due to the increased number of auxiliary components of the units,the original maintenance platform cannot meet the requirements of C-level and higher maintenance tasks of thrust bearings and may be of certain safety hazards.Thus,the structure of the maintenance platform is renovated and re-designed.After the ren-ovation,the functionality and safety of the platform are greatly improved,which can fulfill the maintenance requirements of the units.The experience can be useful reference for similar projects.
